BA Bakery offers easy return/refund policies in case the order received was damaged. If you have received the product in a damaged condition, received a stale cake, or if the packaging is tampered with, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person immediately. 2. Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refunds?

Within Delhi NCR
We offer returns and refunds under certain conditions
- If you have received the product in a damaged condition
- If you have received a stale product
- If the packaging is torn, squashed, shattered, or tampered with. However, do note that if the outer packaging is slightly damaged, it is still safe to consume the product and we encourage you to accept the product.

Under these circumstances, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person immediately.

Pan India
We usually don't take orders for cakes from pan India unless it's a bulk order. However, for pan India, we offer returns and refunds under certain conditions
- If you have received the product in a damaged condition
- If you have received a stale product
- If the packaging is torn, squashed, shattered, or tampered with. However, do note that if the outer packaging is slightly damaged, it is still safe to consume the product and we encourage you to accept the product.

Under these circumstances, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person immediately or inform us immediately.

3. What is the timeframe in which we accept returns?

Within Delhi NCR
If you have received a damaged product, kindly return the package to the delivery man immediately and inform us via call or email.

Pan India
If you have received a damaged product, kindly return the package to the delivery man immediately and inform us via call or email within 2-3 hours of receiving the package. 

4. When can the customer expect a refund?

If eligible, a refund will be initiated for orders from both Delhi NCR and pan India within 48 hours.

Step 1: Contact our Customer Care Support team via 91 9818109714 or write to us at babakery@butterflyayurveda.com within 12 hours of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the damaged product along with the invoice for our reference. 

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 1-2 business days. Kindly return the damaged package to the delivery person in the same condition it was received.
